More about the new JuNO hub – tonight at 6:30 PM!

Apologies for the late notice, but I just learned that discussion and planning for a new hub in the Alaska Junction neighborhood is again on the agenda at tonight’s JuNO (Junction Neighborhood Organization) meeting. The meeting will be held at the West Seattle Senior Center, 4217 SW Oregon Street. It starts at 6:30 PM.

Cindi Barker from our group will join Ellen West, JuNO volunteer, for discussion about this newest Emergency Communication Hub in the works for the West Seattle Junction. On tonight’s agenda: What are communication Hubs? Why do we need Hubs? Where are they located? Who operates them (yes, volunteers!)? What are next steps?

Interested in learning more about hubs but can’t make the meeting? Visit the About section of our West Seattle Be Prepared website.
